Classes are designed to enhance athletic potential by increasing muscular coordination, strength, power and challenging posture and position which transfers to performance for any athletic event.

 

3 Day a Week

This class is a 3 day a week class that is designed for athletes who are not currently in competition season and will have a program designed for them based upon their training age.

This class is a 2 day a week class that is designed for athletes who are competing and will have a program designed to keep them primed and ready for competition.

Intro to weightlifting for the developing athlete

This class is 2 day a week class that is designed for the younger developing athlete. It will include a 10-15 minute warm-up.
Jump/landing – Trunk stability/Holds – Movement with weights.
