GRIT STRENGTH

Classes are designed to enhance athletic potential by increasing muscular coordination, strength, power and challenging posture and position which transfers to performance for any athletic event.

3-Day a Week
This class is a 3 day a week class that is designed for athletes who are not currently in competition season

This is a 2 day a week class designed specifically for current GRIT wrestling athletes.

Intro to weightlifting for the developing athlete
This class is 2 day a week class that is designed for the younger developing athlete.
Jump/landing – Trunk stability/Holds – Movement with weights.
